Six year four months in prison with 1204 custody credits for Little Eagle Moon

 

Little Eagle Moon was finally sentenced in his two 2022 cases yesterday. Moon admitted his parole violation for a stipulated term in his attempted murder case. Sentencing had only been continued three times. I reported earlier this month on the dismissal of his third case which was for possession of fentanyl in the jail. 

He shot at law enforcement, endangered the community, damaged a local hotel, wasted time and public safety resources . Six years 4 months in prison with 1204 custody credits from the local jail. After prison custody credits are calculated, how much of hos sentence will Moon actually serve?
