Convicted felon in Eureka-Arcata incident due to be released from hospital today. Don't know if the DA will charges but he should not get his job back or his car which was towed. He put the entire community and the person whose house he drove too in danger. Tied up three law enforcement agencies resources and time.
Obviously, I know who it is and more about him than just this incident and have zero sympathy. The psych excuse and defense is overused in Humboldt County. Man up and take responsibility.
