The CAPE Fund and The Betty Kwan Chinn Homeless Foundation are hosting their third annual Fore!
The Community Golf Classic at the Eureka Municipal Golf Course on Saturday, September 9th with a shot gun start at 8:30AM. This Charity Scramble Tournament costs $500 per foursome, with cash prizes ranging all the way up to a whopping $1,500 for first place. Prizes for Closest-to-Pin and Longest Drive contests will be awarded as well.
All proceeds from the event will directly fund:
• The Betty Kwan Chinn Homeless Foundation’s Housing Efforts: Supporting projects that connect community members experiencing homelessness with shelter and permanent housing, in efforts to rebuild lives and reunite families.
• C.A.P.E. Quality of Life Programming: Our community’s most vulnerable children and families are provided with the opportunity to experience fun recreational activities including kayaking, music, and outdoors exploration, as well as engaging in holiday merriment through the Halloween Costume Drive and the Winter Gift Program.
