The warrant surrender scheduled in Aunna Bollman's two 2023 cases for October was vacated. Her 2022 criminal case is trailing. Dates changed once again and an OR/bail hearing took place this afternoon in all three cases.

With Bollman being re-arrested and supervised release terminated, her admitting to removing her ankle monitor, Judge Steven Steward denied supervised release. He said Judge Kelly Neel gave her the opportunity to be on supervised release.

The headline is a quote from Deputy District Attorney Jessica Acosta. Even Ms. Kathleen Bryson who previously represented her in her 2022 criminal case spoke up in court against Bollman's release.

She has already been evaluated at St. Joe's and Deputy Public Defender Ryan McClurg said defense intends to pursue further evaluations. Before her case was called, Bollman spoke non stop to her attorney for about 8 minutes, pausing briefly once.

Trial confirmation in her two 2023 criminal cases is on 9/11; jury trial is on 9/18. The 2022 case is trailing.

With defense hinting at mental health evaluations, I doubt this case is going to trial. She has three open criminal cases and two workplace harassment restraining orders pending.

She has a hearing scheduled this Friday in the request for a workplace harassment order by the City of Fortuna. The TRO in that case was partly granted and partly denied. I will add the notice from Humboldt Superior Court. Court documents for that restraining order are already included in previous coverage. In that paperwork, under 5 (b), it states that Bollman is not a current employee of the City of Fortuna. Mr. Ryan Plotz of the Mitchell Law Firm is representing the City of Fortuna.
