Status changed to no bail for both Fortuna attempted murder suspects, one gets private attorney

At arraignment, defense request to lower bail for  attempted murder suspects Miguel Moreno and Ruben Ramirez was denied by Judge Steven Steward. Yesterday, at the OR/bail hearing, OR bail and supervised release denied for both by Judge Steward. 

Conflict Counsel relieved for Moreno; Ms. Kathleen Bryson retained. No bail status for Moreno and Ramirez due to felony act of violence with risk to public and victim safety,use of firearm, seriousness and violent nature of charges.

8/8: Preliminary hearing continued to 8/16.
