Rory Kalin's attorney claims defendant Judge Kreis is harassing and annoying him by misusing judicial resources

There is a hearing this Friday and the motion filed by former Deputy Public Defender Rory Kalin's attorney explains what it is about. 

I covered the last hearing. By now, the ruling in these constant motions can just as easily be covered by court minutes. We know what the case is about, salvos have been fired by both sides. There is so much repetitive information at these hearings. Let's see what Mendocino Judge Ann Moorman's ruling is on this motion. All eyes are on you Judge Moorman, especially since you are an Advisory Member of the California Judicial Council to see how you treat your fellow judge from a neighboring county who is a defendant in this case. At this point, co-defendants Humboldt Public Luke Brownfield and former Public Defender Marek Reavis are just sitting back letting their buddy, the current Humboldt Presiding Judge do the heavy lifting.

Humboldt Judge Gregory Kreis wants to drag this out as long as he can, definitely past the time period of his re-election next year. Kalin's motion does not mention that Kreis dragged responding and they had to file a motion to compel.
