Aunna Bollman who threatened to shoot Fortuna police and harm several others granted supervised release

 

Auna Bollman who has two criminal cases and now two civil harassment restraining order requests filed against her this month was granted supervised release yesterday. Criminal protective order filed and served. She was placed on electronic monitoring.

The 8/25 date for the civil workplace restraining order requested by the County is still on calendar. Another civil workplace restraning  order was filed yesterday by the City of Fortuna. A hearing in that case is scheduled on 9/1. I did a detailed post on her arraignment Monday. You can read the declarations from the City of Fortuna petition. In Fortuna Police Chief Casey Day's declaration, he states that Bollman threatened employees she believed had created a tunnel under her house. The declaration also states that in a phone call, Bollman said, "You better get on board with what I am saying and take me seriously because I am going to start killing people." She threatened to kill any Fortuna Police Officers who came to her house.
