Over 50,000 will lose homeowners insurance as two more insurers exit California

 

Two more insurance companies are leaving the California market completely. 

AmGUARD  and Falls Lake Insurance. The North Bay Business Journal has an informative article including the impact on NAPA, Lake and Mendocino counties.

According to the San Francisco Standard, over 50,000 will lose homeowners insurance as these two insurers exit California.

State Farm, Allstate, Farmers, AIG and Chubb are other insurance companies who have left California or stopped covering new insurance policies for certain types of insurance.
