Wayne William Dukey was arrested by Eureka Police Department yesterday for PC 417(a) (1) exhibiting a deadly weapon other than firearm, PC 422 criminal threats, PC 148(a) resisting arrest and PC 241(c) assault on a police officer.
He already has a 2023 case with the PC 417 (a) (1) and PC 422 charges. Arraignment on those two charges is scheduled for 8/8. On 7/24, he was held to answer on those charges after his preliminary hearing. Retired Judge Christopher Wilson decided to grant him supervised release. Dukey has one open civil harrasment and restraining order case. One 1998 civil harassment case against him and all it says is judgement stipulated. One 1998 civil harassment case Dukey filed it just says findings. These older cases are not in the court system.
