On January 24, I reported 19 year old Logan Brewer-Hearst was booked into the Humboldt Court jail on an arrest warrant for his juvenile 2019 case. Hearst was booked for violation of probation W & I 777A. Brewer- Hearst was arrested again yesterday by probation for W & I 777A. Last I heard, he was represented by Mr. Ed Denson.
On December 3, 2020, Judge John T. Feeney sentenced Logan Rain Brewer-Hearst to 15 years in the care of the Department of Juvenile Justice, California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. Brewer-Hearst did not serve the full 15-year sentence, because under California law the maximum sentence that can be imposed on juvenile offenders ends incarceration at the age of 25 or when rehabilitation is achieved.
