On Tuesday, the Board of Supervisors will meet in closed session to discuss existing litigation in the Case of Green Leaf Nurseries LLC, et al. v. County of  Humboldt, et al. The general category is civil rights. Mr. Patrik Griego is Green Leaf Nurseries' attorney.  County of Humboldt HCSO, Sheriff William Honsal and four HCSO deputies are defendants. There is a case management conference on 10/9.

On the Humboldt County Growers Alliance website, the description provided is: "Green Leaf Nurseries, a division of Sensi Valley, is a state licensed is a small cannabis farm & nursery located in the heart of the Emerald Triangle in Humboldt County, California." The GLN website is inaccesible.

10/9: CMC was continued to 11/17 by the court. As of November 1, I have checked a few times and the court minutes for 10/9 are still not available.

The screenshot indicates a document received 10/27/23; entered 10/31/23 but it is not uploaded or scanned into ecourt.

11/17: Still no court minutes for 10/9 or the 10/27 document. No future dates scheduled yet. These two filings entered in e court.

11/9: Second amended complaint filed by Mr. Patrik Griego. Local attorney Ms. Kathleen Bryson is mentioned in the complaint. I am not posting tje entire complaint, pages 1 to 9 and then page 18 which is the last complaint.
