Victoria Garcia-Munoz was arrested by Eureka Police Department yesterday for PC 243 (e) (1) domestic battery and PC 647 (f)public intoxication.
I asked if she was connected to last night's Sonoma street stabbings. EPD Crime Analyst Brittany Powell told me, "There will be a press release today for the incident on Sonoma Street. Victoria Garcia arrest was a different incident. "
