Remember the posts I did about the convicted felon with a self inflicted wound who led EPD through a chase from Eureka then ended up being apprehended in Arcata. My last post was about him being released from the hospital. I knew the identity and did not reveal it in the past posts.
Today, the DA filed a complaint charging Frank Aaron Henry, Sr with three felonies. Count 1 PC 29800 (a) 1 felon in posession of a firearm, Count 2 PC 30305 (a)(1) felon in possession of ammunition and Count 3 evading a peace officer. Arraignment is on September 19.An affadavit in support of a warrant was filed today.
I had very strong words about Frank in my last post. As this case proceeds, you will understand my concern for the safety of the community, women and children. I am not adding the search results of all his cases in Humboldt Superior Court yet.
