I did two post on Hensels Hardware in 2020. Today,I heard from Mr . Ken Boyd an attorney based in Los Angeles. A third lawsuit was filed last year in Humboldt Superior Court against Hensel's Ace Hardware.
I am not uploading the entire 15 page complaint and all the exhibits.
On 3/3/23 a CMC was held. Future dates are Settlement conference on 3/8/24; Readiness conference on 5/3/24 and Jury trial on 5/6/24.
