Fortuna woman charged with attempted terroristic threats against DA staff, elected officials fails to show up for court

Attempted terroristic threats suspect Aunna Bollman had trial confirmation this morning in two of her 2023 court cases this morning. She also has a 2022 case which was one for disposition reset. Bollman failed to appear for court and a bench warrant was issued by Judge Steven Steward. Supervised release was terminated.

Bench warrants in the amount of $25,000 and $5000 in her 2023 cases. The jury trial scheduled for 8/28 was vacated. Bollman still has future court dates for two civil harassment orders one on 8/25.  The other one is for 9/1.

She should never have been granted supervised release. I included the terms and conditions issued by Judge Kelly Neel in a previous post. Given who Bollman has threatened, I am sure she will be arrested as soon as possible.

I am the only one who covered her arraignment and court hearings since her arrest with details and court documents.
