I just did a post last week on attempted murder suspects Miguel Moreno and Ruben Ramirez so this is a brief update on the preliminary hearing scheduled on 8/18 being continued to 8/16 because Moreno's attorney, Ms. Kathleen Bryson, is unavailable this week.
According to court minutes, Ms. Bryson is ill. The continuance was granted over the objection of Ramirez's attorney. attorney. Armando Ramirez ordered to appear on 8/16.
8/16: Preliminary hearing continued by defense to 9/7 in both cases. Time estimate 5 hours.
9/7: No Judge and no courtroom. Preliminary continued to 9/20.
