I added bail and other information to my post on Aunna Sophia Bollman who arrested yesterday for making criminal threats to goverment officials. She was booked on two cases. A new petition was just filed for a civil workplace restraining order requested by the County. Thommas Chapin is the attorney for the County and the specific employee and petitioner is Humboldt County Human Resources Director Zachary O'Hanen. A hearing request for order is scheduled for 8/25.
This is the second person arrested for threatening and sending texts to Second District Supervisor Michelle Bushnell. I did this post in June 2023. That man also alleged corruption.
Bollman already has a 2023 case filed 7/25 in which an arrest warrant was issued. There are four counts in that case and the alleged victims are DA Investigator Martin Morris, Second District Supervisor Michelle Bushnell, Fortuna Police Department and Chris Jennings. She was booked in that case but on 6 counts: She was booked on four counts of PC 653 m (b) and two counts of PC 415 (2) so maybe the complaint will be amended.
A 2022 case in which she is represented by Ms. Kathleen Bryson which has a 10/19/23 disposition reset date with a 6 month DA agreement. In that case, a change of plea scheduled on 4/19/23 was continued by stipulation. Arraignment in that case has been moved up to 8/7.
Another woman with an agreement with the DA who keeps getting arrested on charges involving threats.
