John Chiv: Sentencing continued for the third time in Little Eagle Moon's case

Little Eagle Moon was supposed to be sentenced on May 4 on two cases. Moon admitted violation in his parole case and Moon had entered a conditional plea to a stipulated term in his attempted murder case. After his plea, Moon picked up another case for possession of fentanyl in jail.

His hearing on 6/14 was continued to 8/8 to discuss a possible resolution. The possession of fentanyl case was dismissed yesterday. Sentencing was continued again to 8/23.
