Danhauer has a 2021 arrest for domestic violence. The case was dismissed by the D. A.'s office in January. The alleged victim for that case said she will not cooperate with the People to prosecute Danhauer.
Danhauer is a friend of convicted murderer Eric Lively.
5/26: Danhauer was in court today for a revocation hearing for violation of probation. Deputy Public Defender Ben McLaughlin told Judge Kelly Neel that Danhauer just got a phone. The hearing today was continued to June 9 so he could meet with Mr. McLaughlin. Deputy District Attorney Shelly Small had no objection.
Danhauer resolved a 2021 case on 1/27/22 with a guilty plea. He was arraigned for violation of probation on 5/9 and granted supervised release on 5/11. Danhauer looks a lot skinnier than his booking photo.
6/9: Danhauer's VOP revocation hearing was continued to 6/30 by defense because defendant is ill.
