Sentencing today for former Humboldt correctional officer and Central Station shooting perpetrator Sean Timothy O'Brien was continued to June 23.
On March 23, the day of his preliminary hearing, O'Brien entered a conditional plea. Attorneys stipulated to a 10 year cap and $350,000 in victim restitution. More details are in the previous post.
Deputy Roger Rees is the prosecutor. Ms. Kathleen Bryson is O'Brien's attorney.
