Cody Jonathon Pitzer was arrested by Eureka Police Department yesterday for PC 594(b)(1) vandalism and PC368(b)(1) elder abuse.
From the booking photo alone, I don't know if it is the same Cody Pitzer who was missing in 2017. The age matches.
