Paul Sequeira has been a prosecutor in Mendocino, Solano and successfully prosecuted Jason Warren in Humboldt County.

Maggie Fleming has worked in Santa Clara, San Diego, prosecuted in Contra Costa and Humboldt County. Under the Fleming administration, Warren, Gary Bullock, Kailan Meserve, Joshua Cooley have paid for their crimes.

Both Mr. Sequeira and DA Fleming have years of experience.

Adrian Kamada has a mere few years of experience, botched the Ray Christie trial, now cannot undetstand that had he remained prosecutor on the Ryan Tanner case, that criminal could walk. Kamada does not understand Brady or exculpatory evidence and he wants to be DA?

Kamada had to be repeatedly called out to sign the confidentiality waiver. He finally did.

Lost Coast Outpost shares a few documents today they requested which muddy the water with LOCO pretending accounts differ so they don't piss off Fleming or Kamada. Got to keep those campaign ads flowing and play both sides, as most do in Humboldt.

Real investigation would have have been checking independently how many other cases Kamada screwed up, how many he lost as DA and public defender. Does HCSO get to give their account?

Court records are accessible but you have to put in effort and time. That means working not sitting behind a desk. Putting it in a PRA request is what LOCO and North Coast Journal do often. And their groupies and the Humboldt Connected swoon over "investigative reporting." LOCO exposed nothing; took zero risk. That's how Rex and the County like it and EPIC likes and all the lifetime locals so they continue the status quo where they keep Humboldt stuck.

Between press releases, PRAs, PIOs and writing County talking points about the Auditor Controller, all Hank and Ryan can manage is eke out one sloppy election and mostly cut and paste from document story?

Kamada refused to get on stand and have Ray Christie's lawyer question him about evidence they claim has issues. Kamada is no hero in the Tanner case. His former office and colleagues got a 39 year stipulated sentence. Kamada handed Clanton that plea.

Whining about the DA's office and deflecting blame is Kamada's campaign. I have got to stop giving Kamada all this free advertising. LOCO is the one getting big bucks because his online ads are everywhere. Usually LOCO advertisers flash on the screen randomly and once in a blue moon.

Tom Wheeler of EPIC supporting Kamada is reason#1001 not to vote for him.

From LOCO reader comments. Their first mistake is expecting journalism from LOCO. Their second mistake is expecting LOCO to cover courts and the law. Reading the LOCO comments is hilarious, this backfired on LOCO and Kamada.
