Cody Jonathon Pitzer was arrested by Eureka Police Department on May 13 for PC 594(b)(1) vandalism and PC368(b)(1) elder abuse. He was arraigned on May 17 on those charges. A protective order was served on him that day.
He has two previous cases.
There is an OR/bail hearing today. Preliminary hearing is scheduled for 5/26.
