DA tells Little Eagle Moon you can have the car you rammed into the Red Lion and patrol vehicles

 

Yesterday, convicted felon Little Eagle Moon pre trial in his parole case and setting of preliminary hearing and motion for return of property was continued to 6/15. 

Deputy District Attorney Ian Harris told Judge Christopher Wilson that the People no longer wish to keep Moon's vehicle. Court records show the DA's office has subpoenaed records from UC Davis and St. Joe's.

Deputy Conflict Counsel April Van Dyke is Moon's attorney.
