First Kamada lost the bail motion, then August got to held to answer on charges for his preliminary hearing

 


Rhett August had a preliminary hearing yesterday for his recent arrest. 

Deputy District Attorney Jessica Acosta was the prosecutor for the hearing. Deputy Public Defender Adrian Kamada is August's attorney. Kamada already lost the bail motion and got August's status changed to no bail at a previous hearing.

August was held to answer to Counts 1, 2 and 3. No holding order for the special allegation. Arraignment on information is on 5/31.
