Another drug suspect who violated probation released by HCSO

(Ulrich)

Timothy Ulrich and Maxine White are both repeat offenders. Ulrich was arrested; White cited and released for possession of narcotics and probation violation.

Chesa Boudin and SF should just print out Humboldt's headlines from last week and send them to Rex and Billy. I tweeted this headline to Fox News, ABC7 Bay Area and Boudin. Humboldt residents and businesses deserve better leadership.
