Court records don't lie but does Adrian Kamada? I received this email this morning.

Good morning John,

I wish to remain anonymous. Below are all of Adrian Kamada's trial results. Since he won't respond to questions on Lost Coast Outpost about his trial record, I think this is important information for the Public to know. Last night during the debate, Ms. Eads said his trial win rate was 33%. He said she was lying. I think the public should be able to decide for themselves. The truth is actually worse. In 12 cases, he has only had four juries convict of the most serious charge.

3/ Matthew Santiago, CR1404300 PC-647(f)-intoxicated in public place & PC-148(a)(1)- resisting or obstructing a law enforcement officer; hung jury 647(f) 148(a)(1) was dismissed by the court.

4/ James Roberts Jr., CR1500645 F&G-9004-neglect of crab traps & 14 CCR 132.2-unauthorized crab trap use, hung jury count 1, Not Guilty count 2.

2016:

5/ Devin Schmidt CR1505145 451(b)-arson of an inhabited structure hung 2-10 for not guilty

6/ Alan Lavigne CR1503822 F&G 2001- unlawful possession after season & F&G 2012-failure to show license, equipment or game Hung jury and NG

2017:

Trials as public defender from 2020-2022: None

I have covered several of these cases including Dane Carr, Ray Christie, Michael Black and know the results. I took the time to go through the court records for the public. Carr, the Black case only I covered. There is a lot of information you will only read on this blog. Christie made a claim to me and his lawyer about Kamada. Will Christie produce that evidence about Kamada during the next trial?

I have listed a few screenshots for you to show verification from court records. I am not going to list every single case. You can go check out the records yourselves.

The Melvin Mack case number is CR1904241B Kamada was the deputy DA, then Roger Rees appeared on the case. Kamada was fired in 2020 from the DA's office and as I checked the court records, the change in prosecutors and the timing makes sense.

I said it before and I will again counting 1, 2, 3 que the Kamada campaign which will respond with more anonymous attacks and finger pointing on LOCO and Kym Kemp's site.

Kamada shouldn't be the next DA; he shouldn't be an attorney. Maybe his in laws could hire him. Then he can sit around, get paid to goof off and not have to produce results on their dime; not the taxpayers. There are plenty who do that in Humboldt working for daddy, mommy, in laws, friends and prance around thinking they are successful. Holding Humboldt criminals responsible is tough enough without having someone with a few years as an attorney and no people skills be the next DA.
