John Chiv: Humboldt Judges are the reason this convicted sex offender repeatedly breaks the law and is out on the streets

(April 2022)

Convicted Randy Charles Knopf was arrested by State Parole yesterday, again, for PC 3056 parole hold and PC 290(a) (1)(a). He was refused by medical therefore no booking photo for this arrest and he was released. I have a previous booking photo. I am not wasting PIO time on this unremorseful, repeat offender.

I am so sick of seeing his name. Humboldt Judges should have sent him back to prison for repeatedly violating parole. He was just arrested in April.
