Hugo ParralAguirre was finally sentenced today. He made a statement. The sentence was a stipulated term of 48 years with ParralAguirre waiving 1 year, 8 month of credits.
ParralAguirre resolved his case on April 11 with a change of plea. Court minutes listed in the previous post have details of the plea. Court minutes from today have more details regarding the sentence.
I will add a press release if the DA issues one.
