OR and supervised release was denied for criminal threat, stalking and battery suspect Trampus Danhauer on November 12. The alleged victim told the Court she will not cooperate with the People to prosecute Danhauer.
Preliminary hearing for November 22 remains set.
11/22: Preliminary continued to 12/8 by defense and continued again by defense to 1/3/22.
