Thomas Koors running for 4th District Supervisor has already won points with me for communication, responsiveness and upfront style

On January 4, I did a post and mentioned a buzz in the conservative circles about a candidate running for Fourth District Supervisor Virginia Bass' seat. Today, I did a follow up.

Eureka City Councilmembers Natalie Arroyo and Kim Bergel have filed a 501 – Intent. Thomas Koors has taken out signatures in lieu of filing fee. This is in my earlier post today.

I checked Facebook. There were two profiles. One didn't have much information. It turns out that is the correct Thomas Koors.

He left me a message on my Words Worth Facebook page. I contacted him and will be speaking with him soon. I hope the good ole conservative usual funders and politicos aren't involved with him because they screw up everything they touch with their egos and self centered agenda. The only ones to blame for losing any election are the candidates who allow the taint of these egomaniacs to ruin any good in their candidacy.

They are disloyal and turn on each other. They have done nothing to help Eureka, Humboldt or anyone outside their dwindling core group. There are many conservative and independent voters they are not aware of and who detest the good ole conservative boys.

The left also has their psychophants and favorites they reward because that is what the filthy rich and politicians do to maintain their stolen power and influence but at least their candidates have won in the last two local elections and once in a while, they make decisions to benefit their base.

Based on my brief communication with Koors, his Facebook page, direct style and prompt response; Koors has already done better than any other local candidate or elected official. I don't care about party or labels; I am an independent voter. I want someone who will be good for Eureka.

Another point for Koors is that he is running as a registered Republican. Not changing his party affiliation for votes. This does not mean he is my preferred candidate but he deserves a chance to be heard and so far, he is the leader of the pack based on Bass, Bergel and Arroyo's dismal record as elected officials in Eureka.

The evening of January 6, Koors posted an update.
