On January 7, there is a hearing in one of the two small claims cases Kurt Kramer's company has filed against Subway Real Estate Corporation.
One is Kramer Investment Corporation - Plaintiff Kramer Investment vs Subway Real Estate Corporation - Defendant
The other is KGK Rentals, LLC - Plaintiff KGK vs Subway Real Estate Corporation - Defendant
Both were filed in October 2021.
Subway had two different locations on Myrtle Avenue, it is a small claims case. I will add any information from January 7 court minutes when I have time and if there is anything to report.
