After months of not much happening and continuance after continuance, this morning, Kevin Haberman pleaded guilty in his 2020 case. Sentencing is on 2/22/22. Details of plea listed below.
Haberman had three other 2019 cases which were dismissed by the People and one 2018 case in which probation was terminated.
Deputy District Attorney Jane Mackie is the prosecutor for the case. Mr. Zachary Curtis is Haberman's attorney.
