Two allegations of domestic violence within a month last year for Brienna Zoellner; one dismissed due to lack of prosecution; no charges filed in the other

On September 30,2021, Humboldt County employee Brienna Zoellner was arrested by HCSO for PC 243 (e) (1),domestic battery. Zoellner posted bail.

I have been checking regularly and as of today, no charges have been filed by the Humboldt County District Attorney for this arrest.

I had checked other cases for Zoellner there were two family cases and all of a sudden today, there was a third family law case for a domestic restraining order from August 2021. The case was dismissed and temporary orders because both parties were not present. Temporary restraining orders were dissolved.

An online search shows her as an admin analyst for Humboldt County. An online search also lists her as related to Kyle Zoellner's mother.
