Tiffany Ellebrecht, one of the two victims, in the Ulisses Rodriguez murder trial, is the sister of former Fortuna Police Sgt. Charles Ellebrecht.
The main witness against Rodriguez testified today and his testimony was a disaster.
1/26: Doe's credibility continued to be an issue after the testimony of District Attorney Investigator Martin Morris and other law enforcement. These are the People's witnesses.
