Filings continue to be added on for the next court hearing in Ray Christie's case. In addition to the defense motion to dismiss criminal charges against Ray Christie or suppress evidence from the March 2018 raid, the defense motion to continue and a motion to squash subpoena deuces tecum filed by other are all scheduled for January 7.

I don't know who other is but there is a good likelihood, the motion to quash subpoena could be the former prosecutor on the Christie's case, Adrian Kamada, who is now a Deputy Public Defender. His declaration is attached to the People's opposition to dismiss.

The People's opposition to dismiss was finally filed with the court on 1/3/21. Deputy District Attorney Steven Steward sent a copy that not filed stamp to Mr. Richmond on

There are some changes.

1/5 update: I was correct. It was Mr. Kamada who filed the motion to quash. The defense filed a supplemental to their motion to continue and a declaration.
