Timothy Davidson was arraigned on 1/4/22. He has an OR/bail hearing this afternoon. Preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1/13/21. The Public Defender's office was appointed to represent Davidson.
Arcata Police Department put out a BOLO on him on December 29, 2021. Don't see any complaint for that arrest. The charges in this case are from a Eureka Police Department consolidated report with incidents from October 10 and December 31.
