Trial confirmation for alleged molestor Dean Brown's scheduled for January 3 was continued to January 5. Defense filed a motion to continue which was granted since the People did not object. Brown's presence was waived since he is in custody and is in quarantine.
Jury trial scheduled for January 10 was vacated. The reason was "827 juvenile petitions are pending."
Trial confirmation is on April 18; jury trial on May 2.
4/18: motion to continue was granted. May 2 jury trial was vacated. Trial scheduled for 5/16.
5/16: Trial Confirmation on 9/13; jury trial 9/26
