In one day, there is already a jury picked for Ulisses Rodriguez's trial. All left to do is pick four alternates. Opening statements are scheduled for Monday afternoon.
Ms. Andrea Sullivan is Rodriguez's attorney. Deputy District Attorneys Luke Bernthal and Deputy DA Trent Timm are the prosecutors for the case.
Motion to amend information was granted. See court minutes below for information on motions in limine and evidentiary hearings. Rodriguez turned down the People's offer.
