Almost three years later, entry of restitution order in Kody Marcelli's case

 

Kody Marcelli was sentenced on 5/16/2019 for PC 245 (a) (4), assault. I did detailed coverage of his case, which resolved before his jury trial.

Since then, there was a review hearing on 6/27/2019 about probation monitoring his community service work. The date for his deferred entry of judgement is on 5/18/22.

Tomorrow, almost three years later  there is a hearing on a motion filed by the District Attorney for entry of restitution order.
