On 12/14 Dr Green's report for murder suspect Daniella Moore was still not received.
The hearing was continued by stipulation to 12/21. On that day, there was no report. Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo expects to receive it today and will forward it. For now, previously set dates remain.
2/7: Trial confirmation was continued at request of defense. Dr. Green's report still not received.
2/10: Trial Confirmation scheduled was continued by stipulation to 2/16; continued again to 3/3 Dr. Greene's report received was received on 2/16, but defense cannot confirm trial and will file motion to continue the jury trial scheduled for 3/7.
3/2: Motion to continue by defense was granted. People objected. Attorneys will contact doctors who evaluated Moore for their availability. There are conflicting opinions from the doctors. Jury trial scheduled for 3/7 was vacated. Trial setting is on 3/22.
3/22: Trial confirmation 8/9/22; jury trial 9/6/22
