Will the endless cycle of continuances in Ryan Tanner's two cases actually end on January 18?

Murder suspect Ryan Tanner's case finally had some movement. Whether the endless cycle of continuances is broken, I doubt it. Inmates in quarantine because of COVID 19 is further impacting what preliminary hearings and jury trials proceed.

Like Tanner, for many cases, I have been adding updates to previous posts. I don't have the time to waste on endless continuances, resetting of dates, unproductive hearings and scheduling chaos created by Humboldt Superior Court inefficient way of operating.

On 11/29/21, Dr's report and setting was continued by defense to 12/8/21. Next court date is 1/18/22 with a preliminary hearing in Tanner's assault case and pre trial in his homicide case.

1/18/22: Preliminary hearing in assault case and pre trial in homicide case continued due to unavailability of courtroom to 2/17/32.
