A motion to continue filed by defense for alleged molestor Kevin Dikes. On December 2, a motion to continue was filed by defense and granted. Tomorrow is the day the preliminary hearing was reset for; once again the defense has filed a motion to continue.
Dikes is charged with kidnapping and molesting a 10 year old boy.
1/6/21: The motion to continue by defense was granted. Preliminary was reset to 4/12/22.
7/7/22: Continued by DA to 8/10.
