Christina Higgins, part of most wanted crime couple fame in Humboldt, was arrested yesterday by California Highway Patrol. A bench warrant had been issued in her child endangerment case. I have covered Higgins since 2014.
She was a no show for court the last time I posted on her case. It has been a while since I checked on her case but when I did in 2020, she had 22 cases in the system.
