Jason Barnes sentencing has been continued three times. It is scheduled this morning. If it proceeds, I will be adding the press release to this post, if one is issued or court minutes.
I didnt have time to waste before. I definitely do not plan to sit around in court when most cases are getting continued and several times. Next court date November 4.
Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees is the prosecutor for this case. Deputy Public Defender David Celli is Barnes' attorney.
11/4: Sentencing took place in the involuntary manslaughter case today DA did notissue a press release. Another court date for sentencing is scheduled on November 10. I will add court minutes for all the cases after the November 10 hearing.
