On October 4, once again, alleged molestor Patrick Marshall's entry of plea was rescheduled and trial confirmation was continued to 10/21. Jury trial for November 1 remains for now.
Meanwhile Marshall is out of custody. Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer is the prosecutor for this case. Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo is Marshall's attorney. Public Defender Luke Brownfield appeared on the case.
