This post contains excerpts from emails exchanged with Aurora Robinson and Melissa Kraemer from the Coastal Commission and other documents I have.

On Friday, October 15, 2021, there is a hearing on "appeals by Ann White, Janelle Egger, and Jack Kinnear from City of Eureka decision granting permit with conditions to the City for the Betty Kwan Chinn Homeless Foundation to utilize donated trailers to create community housing on City-owned property..." 

White and Kinnear are from Eureka.  White has been the most active and written to the California Coastal Commission previously. Kinnear and White have been vocal and public about their opposition to this project for months. 

I reached out to White.  

"It was really bad the way they tried to hide the project behind the Zoning.  They belittled those that opposed the project," said White.

"It took years-now it looks as if the Coastal Commission will approve it.  There are 3 wetlands on the property and it is a wildlife corridor.  The president and Governor signed Executive Orders to protect wetlands and coast less than a year ago-and they are going to do this?  And the getter is that the person that was helping me and others to oppose the project is now working for the City of Eureka as a planner."

Egger is from Fortuna so why is she always butting in Eureka matters? Since I moved here in 2003, Egger inserts in herself in Eureka's business. 

I have linked posts related to Egger listed below including the dismissal of her lawsuit. Even the County of Humboldt prevailed against her. 

What is Egger's motive? Is someone behind this Fortuna resident getting involved in an appeal to the Coastal Commission for a Eureka project? The snark from anonymous blogs no one reads and comments from the peanut gallery of her cohorts and those being exposed doesn't count. Are the usual shit stirrers going to defend Egger and the City of Eureka again to detract from facts/news?
