Trial confirmation for Michael Acosta and Sarah Carroll was scheduled for October 13. Jury trial for October 18 was confirmed by the People and Ms. Sullivan,with a caveat that she also has another in custody jury trial in Humboldt.
Mr. Acosta said he intends to file a motion to continue. Judge ChristopherWilson told him that it must be filed by trial assignment which is on October 15.
Ms. Andrea Sullivan is Carroll's attorney. Mr. Acosta is representing himself. Both of them appeared via Zoom. Carroll was in court.
