Allen Don McCloskey arrested on stolen property and firearm charges

Allen Don McCloskey was arrested yesterday by HCSO on N. Westhaven. His bail was $25,000 which he posted. McCloskey was arrested for  PC 496(A) receiving stolen property, PC 30305 (a) possession of ammunition by a prohibited person, PC29800(A) felon in possession of a firearm and PC496D(A).

Since I first posted this morning, I now have a dob of 11/1/1981 and more information.

"I just read your post regarding Allen McCloskey.  I have known his since he was a kid. His grandpa's place is in Westhaven. He is mentally unstable these days. His husband has left him and I have seen them recent as last week on court calendar.  It appears for possibly a restraining order."

The courthouse is closed on weekends. When I have time and can get access, I will check on the court case the reader mentions.
