How many more Humboldt businesses will be up for sale before the end of the year?

I checked a couple of different sites. Some have listing dates; some don't. The photos on businesses, hotels, restaurants don't always match the reality of what they look like today. A smart buyer would check the financials; especially if you are not local.

Only one of the one businesses in this post lists that owner is retiring. Subway, we all know, is up for sale for many reasons. How many businesses will close before the end of the year?

There are many reasons for a business to sell or close and a real estate listing is not where that information is neccesarily disclosed. 

Hopefully, these businesses will find buyers so there is not a loss of jobs. There are a lot of good businesses in Humboldt. We need to support our local businesses and those that have generously given to the community for years.
